CESA Leadership Onboarding and Induction Program

Newly appointed leaders in Diocesan schools are required to participate in the CESA Leadership Induction Program. 

The Program for Day 2 includes:

8.30am – 11.30am Effective Stewardship of Resources – module 1

• Sources of income to the system and each school
• System distribution of government grants to schools
• Relevance of private income
• The leader’s role in the responsible stewardship of school’s finances
• The current CESA landscape

12.15pm – 3.30pm

• CESA Services provided to schools
• School quality and performance expectations & considerations
• Students with Disabilities/NCCD/Inclusion and Diversity
• Performance Management
• Handling Complaints
• Wellbeing
