Intended for Teachers who are new* to the role of EALD Lead Teacher
Description:
This course assists teachers newly* appointed to EALD positions to identify EALD learners, organise effective EALD support, become familiar with EAL/D pedagogy, and gain awareness about their roles and responsibilities in schools. Participation in (Learning English: Achievement and Proficiency) LEAP Levels workshops and data collection related sessions will be in addition to this course and require separate registration *suitable for teachers who have taken on the EALD lead teacher responsibility within the last 1-2 years and those who are new in 2022 PLEASE NOTE: THE FIRST WORKSHOP WILL NOW BE CONDUCTED ONLINE - Registrants will be contacted directly with the details.
