Module 3 - Thursday 9 June, 9.00am - 12.00pm

Requirements: All participants are required to bring their own devices and Headphones or Earbuds to each session. In order to complete the course, participants must attend both sessions.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Three online training modules will be presented over two days. The course explores the kind of issues that students may face, and looks at different perspectives, including a strong student voice. It addresses possible cause and prevalence of ADHD and offers practical approaches that teachers and schools can use to better identify, understand, and support students' needs. The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of all those working with students with ADHD and to support inclusive practice through a positive approach.
The course equates to approximately 20 hours of professional learning, a proportion of which will be completed in participant's own time. Please note that the above two sessions are face-to-face sessions at the Catholic Education Office.
INTENDED FOR: Primary and secondary teachers.

Cost: No workshop fee
Catering: A light lunch will be provided for the full day session.
