Requirements: All participants are required to bring their own devices and Headphones or Earbuds to each session. In order to complete the course, participants must attend both sessions.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Three online training modules will be presented over two days. The training aims to support teachers in making their classrooms more inclusive for all students by providing an understanding of the impact of Autism Spectrum Disorder on learning. It offers practical and achievable assessment ideas and intervention strategies to address a range of specific, identified needs.
The course equates to approximately 20 hours of professional learning, a proportion of which will be completed in participant's own time. Please note that the above two sessions are face-to-face sessions at the Catholic Education Office.
INTENDED FOR: Primary and secondary teachers.

Cost: No workshop fee
Catering: A light lunch will be provided for the full day session.
