2022/2023 Cognitive Coaching Facilitated by: Gavin Grift

Please note that this registration is for the 2022 Cohort, the 2021 Cognitive Coaching Cohort will complete the final six days of the program in the first half of 2022 having engaged in Day 1 and 2 in 2021.  

In this eight day course leaders of learning will practice and internalise effective strategies to develop skills to support, coach and mentor others in their schools, to support the ongoing improvement and evaluation of professional practice.

Cognitive Coaching is a research-based model that will capitalise upon and enhances cognitive processes. The course is highly recommended for all schools who seek to build leadership density and leverage change through critical dialogue. This course aims to build capacity by:

• Assisting improvement and evaluation of pedagogy in your school context
• Providing you and your team with strategies and ways of thinking and working, with potential to improve learning outcomes for all.

Days 1 & 2:                     Thursday 15 and Friday 16 September 2022

Days 3 & 4:                     Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 October 2022

Days 5 & 6:                     Thursday 30 and Friday 31 March 2023

Days 7 & 8:                     Thursday 25 and Friday 26 May 2023

Time:                              8:45am to 3:30pm

Grange Golf Club, White Sands Drive, Grange except Days 5 & 6 at Royal Adelaide Golf Club, 328 Tapleys Hill Rd, Seaton

Cost: 
$1,200 per participant (an invoice will be sent to your school from the CEO around 15 September 2022)                

Please note that the full course costs of $3,000 are subsidised for CESA schools.  This is a unique opportunity to engage in quality professional learning.
