Thriving People Event
'Exploring and Celebrating my Identity as a Thriving Person'
Venue: Living Kaurna Cultural Centre,
Warriparinga Way, Bedford Park
from 9.30am-2.00pm

Secondary Aboriginal students in Catholic Schools are invited to explore what it means to be thriving people, capable learners and leaders in our schools, in our communities and in our world.

The event on Friday 29 October 2021 will be held at the Living Kaurna Cultural Centre from 9.30am to 2.00pm. The venue is a beautiful parkland of cultural significance to Kaurna People. Students and teachers will experience a range of immersive activities with a focus on bush walking, art and cooking.

Registration for this event is complete by entering one registration for your school and entering the number of students and teachers attending in the boxes when prompted. It is also important to include when prompted the main contact person at the school for this event.

An email will be sent the Focus Teacher at all schools with secondary students explaining more about the day and includes the student consent form.

Registrations close on Friday 22 October 2021.
