This workshop is designed for Vocational Education Coordinators, Careers Advisers, VET Coordinators, Flexible Learning Coordinators, Transitions Pathways Coordinator and school personnel responsible for providing career advice/guidance to their school community.

The workshops will showcase:

• school initiated and delivered career development programs
• administration and management – models of good practices relating to work experience, VET in Schools (VETiS) programs, Australian School-based Apprenticeship (ASbA) and others
• innovative projects such as flexible learning options and individualised learning programs, and
• strategies for building and sustaining a school culture around career development.
