Performance Review and Development Plan Session 4

As part of Catholic Education's continuous improvement approach, the CEO Performance Management Guidelines have been developed to support the development of staff through regular, ongoing formal and informal feedback.  

 The Performance Review and Development Plan template has been developed to replace the annual CEO Professional Review template.  

The following session will provide an opportunity for leaders and staff to understand the process, the template and/or pose any questions.
