This webinar will address the fundamentals of language acquisition and implications for teaching languages in the Australian context: time dedicated for the learning of languages and relevant cognitive processes, memory retention, fostering oral fluency and student engagement. How do we teachers combine these aspects of our profession with those of teaching languages, cultures, vocabulary, grammatical structures and related capabilities?
