FOCUS OF NETWORK MEETING:
This professional learning network is designed to support school leaders and teachers engaged with the Aboriginal Cultural Residency Program to investigate and collect evidence of effective pedagogies in the context of:

• Improving learning and wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Students
• Enhancing cultural respect and understanding in school communities.

Using the Australian Curriculum General Capabilities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures cross curriculum priorities and AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers, participants will explore and develop an inquiry that links with their school plans and priorities. Participants will have the opportunity to share their inquiry and learning with the other network participants. 

It is mandatory for schools participating in the Aboriginal Cultural Residency to have a representative at all 3 Aboriginal Cultural Residency Network Meetings (Terms 2, 3 and 4)

School Leaders and Aboriginal Education Focus Teachers.

Participants are asked to refer to the attached map for car parking details for the Queen of Angels Church car park. To access the George Street site, please use the controlled crossing at the intersection of George Street and South Road.
