Dare to Lead Program - August Workshop (Option 2)

Two days face to face plus two webinars with Anna Ranaldo

For: Principals/DPs/APRIMs/POR 3 & 4

We invite you to join certified Dare to Lead facilitator, Anna Ranaldo for a two day face-to-face workshop plus two webinar sessions and additional self‑paced learning. The program is based on the research of Dr Brene Brown and on her award winning book, Dare to Lead. Please note in 2021, the program has expanded due to licensing arrangements and now requires participation in two webinars in addition to the face to face days.  Due to demand, the Dare to Lead Program is offered twice in April and August this year.

Participants will explore Brene Brown’s research, complete a leadership assessment and learn how to navigate difficult conversations and hold others accountable for success (workbook provided).  Pre‑reading and attendance are required at all face-to-face and ZOOM sessions.

Learning from these days will equip participants with added ideas and strategies to support and drive our system priorities to embed the Living Learning Leading Framework across all schools, and our ongoing endeavours to ensure we have excellent schools that support thriving people, capable learners and leaders for the world God desires.

Webinars:

Wednesday 15 September 2021 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm (2 hours)

Monday 27 September 2021 from 3:30pm to 5:00pm (1.5 hours)

Cost:  $450
(an invoice will be forwarded to participants by the CEO around the time of the event)
