Aboriginal Cultural Residency Program

Aboriginal Cultural Competence Program

We are pleased to inform you that the Aboriginal Cultural Residency Program and the Aboriginal Cultural Competence Program will be offered to Catholic Schools in 2021.

·         The Aboriginal Cultural Residency Program is an opportunity for school communities to engage a resident artist with experience as an Aboriginal Australian and expertise in Art and Culture.

·         Aboriginal Cultural Competence Program is a Whole Staff Full Day professional learning program designed to explore and build cultural competence for school communities in the areas of Identity, Culture, History and Reconciliation.

These programs are fully funded in 2021 from the SACCS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Program Budget.
