Professional Learning Communities at Work: Tailoring to School Context Workshop (half day follow up) with Gavin Grift

Gavin Grift will guide school and regional teams in a half day workshop to scope, tailor and customise plans to create an effective, high functioning professional learning community in the context of participants’ schools or regions, in light of the Blueprint for Step Change document.

Based on Learning by Doing and the Professional Learning Communities @ Work one day workshop (it is a prerequisite that at least one team member attended the 2019 day with Gavin or the 12 May 2021 day), participants are required to attend with at least one other team member. This half day working session will focus on developing a strategic plan of action to build a positive PLC culture and set the team up as a successful professional learning community. In this context, participants are encouraged to consider to which ‘team’ the plan of action relates (ie school leadership team, staff team, regional leaders of learning, principals’ regional cluster).

Teams may choose to attend either the morning or afternoon session, with lunch available for all participants.

Cost:  $100 (or $250 per team)
(an invoice will be forwarded to participants by the CEO around the time of the event)
