Professional Learning Communities @ Work Workshop with Gavin Grift

Professional Learning Communities @ Work (PLCs) provides practical knowledge based on the big ideas that drive a PLC. Participants will return to schools, system and regional roles ready to work in collaborative teams to achieve outstanding results for the students they serve. Given the imperatives of the Blueprint for Step Change, this is an excellent practical day to reflect on and plan towards the building of strong, collaborative teams.

Facilitated by Gavin Grift and based on Learning by Doing, learning from this day, will equip participants with added ideas and strategies to support and drive our system priorities to embed the Living Learning Leading Framework across all schools.  The workshop will support our ongoing endeavours to ensure we have excellent schools that support thriving people, capable learners and leaders for the world God desires. PLCs embraces this cultural transformation.
