Target Group: CESA School Leaders and Leadership Teams

Activity Overview:

This activity will be an extension on the 2011 AGQTP series of workshops “Leading the Next Wave”.  The 2012 workshops will focus on leading future focussed schools incorporating topics such as:

• making and sustaining the integration of digital technologies in schools
• identifying and harnessing the “right drivers” (Fullan, 2011) for sustainable whole school reform
• creating social capital to build on collaborative culture within and across schools
• supporting and building capacity in human capital
• supporting innovators to influence, lead and make change
