Activity Overview:
This CESA / AGQTP professional learning activity focuses on theories,  concepts and practices involved in leading and implementing change in schools. It incorporates engaging with the functionality and integration of a range of digital tools, such as the Catholic Education Learning Tool (ceLT), that enable personalised learning opportunities for students.

The fundamental premise is to integrate digital tools to improve the depth and breadth of evidence-based decision making in learning design.  Expanding on a series of professional learning workshops, participants will undertake collaborative professional inquiry applicable to their own school context.

Facilitator, Garry Putland, will workshop relevant topics essential for leading and implementing digital technology change in schools, including:

  • What are the external forces impacting on schools?
  • New technologies and new pedagogies
  • Managing change by influencing peers.
