Early career teachers in their second year of teaching will engage in face to face and online sessions across three days of the year.  There will be a particular focus on teacher registration information, requirements and processes, and support to transition to full teacher registration.

Topics of the Year 2 program will include:

Day 1: PROFESSIONAL GROWTH/EVIDENCE OF PRACTICE/Graduate to Proficient

•                  personal, strategic planning for growth 
•                  Using video and the Classroom Practice Continuum to analyse what you do 
• ·               Looking after myself / Work life balance 
• ·               Having the hard conversation / Dealing with difficult people 
• Registering  for Friday, 5 March 2021 (Day 1) will also count as registration for the compulsory 4 June 2021 (Day 2) and 20 August 2021 (Day 3) sessions.
