Newly appointed leaders in Diocesan schools are required to participate in the CESA Leadership Induction Program.

• ·       The leader’s role in the responsible stewardship of school’s finances
• ·       The current CESA landscape

• ·       Students with Disabilities/NCCD/Inclusion and Diversity
• ·       Performance Management
• ·       Handling Complaints
