Deputy Principals/APRIMs/Position of Responsibility (POR) Program Term 4

Deputy Principals, APRIMs and teachers holding POR 3 and 4 positions are invited to bring at least one other member of their school’s Leadership Team to a whole day workshop with Gavin Grift.  Gavin is tentatively booked to facilitate a whole day workshop building on the introductory day Professional Learning Communities at Work which was held in 2019 (and may be repeated on Tuesday 27 October 2020).  This day will be designed to enable school leadership teams to customise the PLC @ Work material to suit the particular context of their school.  Leadership Teams will leave the day with a school-based plan to introduce and/or strengthen the staff Professional Learning Community.

It is a prerequisite that at least one participant from the school’s Leadership Team has attended the introductory day Professional Learning Communities at Work either in 2019 or the day before this workshop (ie 27 October 2020).

Gavin resides in Melbourne and so may be unable to attend, pending COVID restrictions.  Should this be the case, this day will be deferred to 2021.
