Meeting of APRIMs / Religious Leaders of Secondary Schools

At this CEO sponsored meeting Michael Vial Coordinator Religious Education and RE Consultants look forward to joining all  APRIMs/Religious Leaders of Secondary Schools to discuss important issues related to the secondary school religious education curriculum and other matters, including the current SACCS Senior School Religious Education Guidelines and the New Crossways Implementation.

This will be an opportunity to engage with some key CESA documents, collaborate with peers and prepare the ground for the implementation of the new Crossways in a secondary context. Our hopes for participation in this gathering are:

• An awareness of the Senior School Religious Education Guidelines
• The empowerment of APRIMs as leaders of RE curriculum and pedagogy in their schools
• Setting the scene for the implementation of the new Crossways
• Strengthening the relationship between the RE Team and School Religious Leaders
• Considering the emerging relationship between Crossways and the SACE.
