Deputy Principals/APRIMs/Position of Responsibility (POR) Program Term 1
This program will engage with current Deputy Principals, APRIMS, Heads of School and POR 3 & 4 leaders. The program will have opportunities for shared practice, exploration and discussion of leadership scenarios, support in setting impactful goals and increasing leadership capabilities.
The program builds on the 2019 PLCs @ Work. Gavin Grift will facilitate the Term 1 session to enable leaders to tailor specific plans and strategies to implement this learning in their own school context. Participants are strongly encouraged to invite their principal and other members of their school leadership team to these sessions.
Attendance is recommended at all sessions:
Term 1: Friday 3 April 2020 9:00am to 4:00pm
Term 2: Friday 12 June 2020 9:00am to 4:00pm
Term 3: Friday 18 September 2020 9:00am to 4:00pm
