Corporate Services Seminar (CSS)

These seminars (formerly known as ERS, Employee Relations Seminars) provide an opportunity for Principals to engage with a range of current topics and issues of relevance to leading schools. Each seminar will have a major HR or IR focus from the People, Leadership and Culture Section. The remainder of the time will be held over for other sections of the CEO to deliver information.

It is envisaged that in 2020 areas of foci will include: Managing Misconduct, Poor Performance, Workplace Investigations, updates on EA, WHS and Employee Assistance. In addition some sessions will have Finance or Information Technologies components.

Diocesan Principals are asked to attend one, of the two identical sessions to be held in each of Terms, 1, 2 and 3. On occasions, attendance with other leaders in your school will be pertinent and is at the discretion of the Principal.
