 COURSE DESCRIPTION

To be considered for support from the CESA EAL Program in 2021, schools will need to submit data indicating the numbers of EAL students enrolled and their level of need, assessed using the Language and Literacy Levels. 
To ensure consistency across schools in the interpretation of levels and level decisions, schools must ensure that teachers assessing student texts have attended at least one of the following moderation days. Teachers are welcome to register for more than one day.

INTENDED FOR:
EAL specialist teachers, classroom teachers and subject teachers who are involved in the leveling assessments of EAL student writing samples and the EAL data collection process in their school.
