COURSE DESCRIPTION
Students who have significant difficulties with speech, language and communication needs can present with a range of additional learning needs. This course aims to support teachers in the design of curriculum adjustments for all students by providing an understanding of the impact of speech, language and communication needs. The course also offers practical and achievable assessment ideas and intervention strategies to address a range of specific, identified needs.
The course equates to approximately 20 hours of professional learning, a proportion of which will be completed in participant's own time.
INTENDED FOR: Primary and secondary teachers and other education personnel.

Cost: No workshop fee
Requirements: It is recommended that participants bring personal headphones or earbuds to each session.
