This is an intermediary-level seminar for those who have previously engaged with the Enhancing Catholic School Identity (ECSI) Project or other related initiatives (e.g. ECSIP, the CESA Leuven Study Tour, CESA-hosted ACU ECSI units, or August 2017 Colloquium).
In this seminar, Prof. Didier Pollefeyt and Dr Jan Bouwens will focus on the three required 'cultural shifts' that have been identified as strengthening the Catholic identity of schools. Each of the shifts will be analysed in context of the three ECSI scales/frameworks. The seminar will explore the correlation between the theological principles of the ECSI tools and the strategic cultural shifts.
