2019 Senior Leaders Program: Session 3 (Term 3) - Module 5

CEO Senior Leadership Modules:

A selection of 9 Modules has been organised across the year. Senior Leaders are to select and register for the Modules that best suit their level of leadership and professional development needs.
All Senior Leaders must complete 3 leadership modules (or their equivalent).
Each Senior Leader Module is scheduled from 8.30 – 10.30am to provide extended time to delve deeper into the topic content.
All leaders are expected to complete 1 Module on the topic of Leadership in the Catholic Context. This module will be held in T2 and T4 to enable all leaders to choose the time of access.

MODULE 5: APPRECIATIVE APPRAISALS (Experienced leaders)

PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK:

During this session, participants will examine how to provide an appreciative approach to appraisals and to practice positive, professional and growth feedback to staff.
