2019 Senior Leaders Program: Session 4 (Term 4) - Module 8

CEO Senior Leadership Modules:

  • A selection of 9 Modules has been organised across the year.  Senior Leaders are to select and register for the Modules that best suit their level of leadership and professional development needs.
  • All Senior Leaders must complete 3 leadership modules (or their equivalent).   
  • Each Senior Leader Module is scheduled from 8.30 – 10.30am to provide extended time to delve deeper into the topic content.
  • All leaders are expected to complete 1 Module on the topic of Leadership in the Catholic Context.  This module will be held in T2 and T4 to enable all leaders to choose the time of access.
   MODULE 8: MANAGING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS (Experienced/All leaders)
     (This is a repeat of Module 2) 

Using the framework from Susan Scott's book 'Fierce Conversations', participants will be invited to bring a real life difficult conversation they wish to frame.
This will be a practical, hands-on session.
