2019 Senior Leaders Program: Session 4 (Term 4) - Module 7

Senior Leadership Modules:

  • A selection of 9 Modules has been organised across the year.  Senior Leaders are to select and register for the Modules that best suit their level of leadership and professional development needs.
  • All Senior Leaders must complete 3 leadership modules (or their equivalent).   
  • Each Senior Leader Module is scheduled from 8.30 – 10.30am to provide extended time to delve deeper into the topic content.
  • All leaders are expected to complete 1 Module on the topic of Leadership in the Catholic Context.  This module will be held in T2 and T4 to enable all leaders to choose the time of access.
   MODULE 7: LEADING IN THE CATHOLIC CONTEXT (This is a repeat of Module 1) 

Team leadership in our current context can raise questions about Catholic Culture and Identity.  What does this mean for us and for you as a team leader?

This session will be a practical opportunity to explore these issues together, with a focus on our Catholic Mission, the reality of people’s lives and Spiritual Formation.
