2019 Senior Leaders Program: Session 2 (Term 2) - Module 3

Senior Leadership Modules:

  • A selection of 9 Modules has been organised across the year.  Senior Leaders are to select and register for the Modules that best suit their level of leadership and professional development needs.
  • All Senior Leaders must complete 3 leadership modules (or their equivalent).   
  • Each Senior Leader Module is scheduled from 8.30 – 10.30am to provide extended time to delve deeper into the topic content.
  • All leaders are expected to complete 1 Module on the topic of Leadership in the Catholic Context.  This module will be held in T2 and T4 to enable all leaders to choose the time of access.
   MODULE 3: LEADERSHIP FOUNDATIONS (For those new to leadership) 

Leading self and others - Keirsey Temperament scale and APLs

Participants in this session will undertake the Keirsey Temperament scale, which is an online assessment for leaders that will generate a report specifically designed for a workplace environment.  It provides content on one’s personality type, leadership style, strengths/weaknesses, and advice on interacting with others in the workplace environment.
