This program acknowledges the importance of identifying, supporting and developing a diverse range of leaders.  The target group for this program will be teachers who have positions of responsibility in addition to a classroom teaching program and/or high performing classroom teachers aspiring to, or being encouraged to, undertake leadership roles with their individual school settings. The program provides an opportunity for individuals to self-reflect about their leadership capabilities and make a contribution to the shared direction of their school and the broader system.

There are four phases to the program:

Phase 1:  The self-reflective professional (individual basis)
Phase 2:  Strengthening a team of leaders (two day workshop) 16-17 April 2019
Phase 3:  Project development and peer coaching (in-school and peer group)
Phase 4:  Program Recall (one day workshop) 11 October 2019
