An opportunity for leaders to work with Cathy Whewell, a Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile certified trainer, engage with the SEI assessment tool, participate in two 1:1 coaching/debriefing sessions. 

This opportunity provides participants with an understanding of the role social and emotional intelligence plays in exercising strong leadership:  dealing with conflict; managing critical conversations; managing workloads. Participants will also consider recent research into the brain’s response to leadership styles.
