The Middle Leadership Program (MLP) aims to support the leadership development of teachers entering and currently holding Positions of Responsibility or exercising leadership in other capacities. Leaders working in middle management positions in schools provide significant leadership in developing and leading vision, mission, culture and strategy at school and system level.

The MLP is designed and delivered in collaboration with the National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI) and will be delivered through a blended development program that focuses on the critical dimensions of effective, collaborative leadershp within the Catholic schooling context.  The MLP employs an integrated learning methodology combining expert tuition, peer knowledge-sharing, practical workplace application and guided personal thought and reflection.

The program consisting of three face-to-face sessions and four webinar modules is delivered over an extended 12 week duration to ensure participants have time to fully integrate their learning into their everyday practice.

An information brochure is available here.

CESA is subsidising the cost of this program. Cost per participant will be $1,000.
CESA will issue an invoice to participants once the course has commenced.
