Leadership in early childhood environments brings unique challenges and responsibilities.  Its effectiveness is vital to the success of early childhood education and care settings, shaping teaching and learning and sustaining high-quality learning environments.  This Program will support leaders of existing early childhood services in CESA schools and develop leadership capacity in schools which are part of the expansion of early childhood services in the diocese.

For this, the fourth and final day of our series, we set the context for leading early childhood initiatives into 2018:

• setting direction, developing people and creating culture;
• sustaining transformational practice; and
• leading for a dynamic future.
