School leaders are invited to attend a 3-hour session covering the main features of the new NAPLAN Analysis Tool for 2008-2017 and its potential for teachers to use NAPLAN data to:
The NAPLAN Analysis Tool for 2008-2017 will be available for schools to download from late October 2017 - details are provided in the circular published through the DocuShare NAPLAN Information collection: https://online.cesa.catholic.edu.au/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-3668 Passwords to download and open each school's version of the tool have been emailed to all Principals. Computers will be available in the training venue, using de-identified data. However, it is recommended that participants bring their own device on the day. Personal devices must have access to Microsoft Excel 2013 or Excel 2016, be pre-loaded with the NAPLAN Analysis Tool for their school and have the Microsoft Power Pivot add-in enabled.
