Leadership in early childhood environments brings unique challenges and responsibilities.  Its effectiveness is vital to the success of early childhood education and care settings, shaping teaching and learning and sustaining high-quality learning environments.  This Program will support leaders of existing early childhood services in CESA schools and develop leadership capacity in schools which are part of the expansion of early childhood services in the diocese.

For this, the second day of our series, we will explore the challenges and opportunities for leadership:

• Understanding ourselves as leaders;
• Creating learning communities through leading thinking and learning for and with others;
• Leadership and advocacy.
