The modern Catholic school often has students from a wide range of religious backgrounds. How can we pray together where everyone is welcome? And how can we pray together which honours the school's Catholic identity? This one day inservice looks at these and other questions which participants are invited to bring about inclusive prayer in a Catholic school. The day will explore good prayer practices in schools which express important principles for this challenging and important area of school life.
The day also aims to equip teachers with language, concepts and resources so they are better able to promote an authentic Catholic school prayer life in which all are welcome to pray.
