This workshop is designed to support school leadership teams to design strategic plans for designing 21st Century learning environments.  The workshop will explore the following:

a)      A compelling case for change

b)      Re-designing teaching and learning

c)      Leading the shift

d)      Managing implementation and creating an action plan

e)      Iteration and Evaluation

This workshop is designed to support leadership teams with their strategic plans and is not designed for individuals. The workshop must be attended by the Principal and relevant senior leaders in the area of Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Technology.
