An opportunity for leaders to work with a Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile certified trainer, engage with the SEI assessment tool, participate in a 1:1 debriefing session and optional coaching sessions (user pays). 

This opportunity provides participants with an understanding of the role social and emotional intelligence plays in exercising strong leadership:  Dealing with conflict; Managing critical conversations; Managing workloads. Participants will also consider recent research into the brain’s response to leadership styles.

Cost:  $170.00 per person
