Session details

This session is being offered to help you to develop short and long term Marketing and Communications plans for your school.  We will provide you with a Marketing and Communications Planning Framework and discuss auditing and planning which aligns with the Continuous Improvement Framework for Catholic Schools (CIF) and the Strategy for Leading Catholic Education to New Levels of Excellence.

We will consider the role of current stakeholders - staff, school families, old scholars as well as focusing on your external audience: potential employees and pathway educational partners.

The session will include:

  • Getting the balance right - how does a school choose its communications tactics?
  • Measuring success - how do you know what is effective strategy?
  • Integration - how do we leverage off CESA's new communications strategy?
  • Starting your schools marketing & communications plan
Who should attend the session:
  • The principal (or key senior leader)
         and
  • a staff member who supports marketing and communications.
Presenters:
