How we manage transitions shapes how we arrive at the other side.  Are you considering a change of tack?  Maybe soon, maybe long term planning?  Transitioning from where you are now to something else can be tricky. 

A key is to see the time of not-knowing what will unfold as grace; letting what matters most to me become clearer.  Then wise choices emerge for what happens next in our lives.   However, living in the 'not-quite-knowing' space can be challenging.

Developing an awareness of the 'invitation to be somewhere else' that is at the heart of restless desires for change, will enable you to navigate the transition process as a positive experience. 

Perhaps you are contemplating another career move or even thinking about a post career plan. 

For those transitioning out of a working life, we are the first generation, ever, to be able to ask the question:  What will I do with the next 30 years of my life after my working life? 

Fear of the unknown is one of the traps to be negotiated in transition periods in life. 

This workshop will provide you with insights into the journey of transition and assist you with your own path to decision-making, whatever the time frame. An individual, personal coaching session is available by negotiation as part of this package, should you wish to explore your own transition journey further. Undertaking the SEIP assessment and further coaching is available to participants on a user pays basis.
