The aim of the Come to the Water program is to facilitate and nurture that internal encounter with God through communal support and resources provided in a range of ways that respond to the contemporary context of the participants and who are supported by a priest and a member of the Staff Spiritual and Religious Formation Team from the CEO.  Come to the Water participants can be assured this program will be integrally connected to the core business of their leadership and is built on the hope that a leader whose faith is well formed and who continually engages with ongoing personal formation will more effectively witness to their community.  Prayer experiences will model a reflective, introspective approach to give a sense of resting in prayer, in contrast to the frequent ‘up-front’ role in the leadership of prayer in the school community. 

The program will include opportunities for scriptural reflection, prayer, Reconciliation, Eucharist, meditative walking, spiritual reading and spiritual guidance with a priest and/or spiritual director.
