External Validation

The External Validation process, as a core component of a continuous improvement cycle, is designed to be an objective evaluation of how effectively the school has identified, planned and implemented sustainable improvement initiatives. Engagement in this reflective and collaborative process enable the school to review its improvement journey and build capacity for ongoing improvement in the future. 

The Forum provides school leaders with the opportunity to unpack the principles of External Validation and processes used by schools.

1. Share information on the processes of External Validation.  
2. Share the experiences of individual schools who have participated in the 2016 External Validation Trial.
