This workshop is being jointly organized by CESA, AISSA and DECD for secondary teachers, VET and Student Pathways Coordinators to learn more about the transition process for students with disabilities. It will highlight a range of relevant resources including the launch of a new transitions resource. In addition, the workshop will provide:

• Information about the Disability Transition Program managed by Barkuma Inc
• An update on the Disability Employment Services program and providers
• Information on budgeting and strategic planning for the transition needs of SWD
• Launch of Transition Planning Resources
• Updates on a range of transition planning resources
• Networking
• A chance to hear from teachers, school leaders and past students.
