This forum will focus on the new Professional Appraisal for Principals and Deputy Principals in Diocesan Schools: Trial Draft Procedures and will provide opportunity for information, discussion and planning for school leaders on key aspects such as:  developing the Appraisal and Professional Learning plan; implementing the e-portfolio; the role of the School leader on appraisal panels; the Principal’s role in the Deputy Principal Appraisal.
