This forum is aimed at those women in CESA who have completed Year 2 of the Aspiring Leaders program or those who have been identified as having potential and a commitment to take on formal leadership positions in the future. The aim is to create an opportunity for them to gather and develop a network where aspects of Catholic leadership are discussed. A key aspect of this program is the support gained through maintaining such a network of women leaders.
