A CIF Activity

This will build upon the 2014 forum that assisted leaders in unpacking the strategic planning process to develop 3 year strategic plans and annual improvement plans. The CIF domain of “Focused Vision and Goals” is a key source document to this work.  In 2015 there will be a recap of important information followed by a showcasing of leaders’ work and processes in developing strategic plans and the sharing of completed plans.  Time will be set aside to allow opportunity for participants to share with colleagues the successes and challenges they have had in their planning. As such, we are hoping all attendees can contribute to an interactive forum by bringing documents and a real willingness to share their story.
