Building Resilience at Work

In these 3½ hour workshops, participants will gain an overview of the seven elements of resilience to assist them with strategies to manage difficult and challenging work demands.

The specific aims of the course are to provide:

·        An assessment of their current resilience levels to allow them to maintain or build on these

·        Practical strategies for developing personal resilience within the context of ESO and CEO administrative work.

This workshop is based on the Resilience at Work (R@W) Sustain 7 Model that comprises seven components that have been shown to build resilience in a workplace setting.  It includes practical everyday strategies that have been shown to improve resilience in a work setting.

As part of the workshop participants gain an assessment of their current resilience by completing on-line (pre-workshop) the Resilience at Work (R@W) Scale – a validated measure of employee resilience.

A feedback report is provided, with the results interpreted and explained at the workshop.
