This workshop will cover changes and updates in the revised Workplace Learning Guidelines. Language throughout the guidelines includes references to a student undertaking a work placement in a 'child safe environment' and includes a more detailed section on conducting risk assessment. As part of this workshop, a specialised session on conducting risk assessments will be run by Lisa Zuppa and David Barrett, Catholic Safety Health & Welfare SA relevant for students attending work placements in different industries.
