WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In support of the international Hour of Code event for Computer Science Education Week 8-14 December, the Learning and Technologies Team is hosting an Hour of Code event for teachers.
The event will:
- Provide participants with time to complete an Hour of Code tutorial
- Introduce the Scratch visual programming tool which could be used to explore computer programming beyond the Hour of Code
- Explore the integration of Makey Makey technology with Scratch
No previous experience with computer programming is required.
