MCCRACKEN COUNTRY CLUB

Building on Principals and APRIM/RECs engagement during 2012-2014 with the Stimulus and Foundation paper, like a mustard seed, and the introduction of the cif, I am writing to invite you and your APRIM/REC/Deputy to Victor Harbor (McCracken’s Country Club) for three days early in 2015. Here you will have time to increase the awareness of God in your own life as well as time together to develop strategies to further engage your staff in spiritual and religious formation and enhancing the catholic identity of your school.   We will commence at 10.45am on Sunday 22^nd and finish our program at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 24^th February.

 This experience has several objectives:

• To take time for stillness and engagement with your own spiritual growth

• To experience the Eucharist as a call to justice

• To assist schools to develop strategies and capabilities to design and plan staff spiritual and religious formation in their school for 2015-2016

We are asking that each school makes a $150 contribution per participant, towards the total cost of $450 per participant.

We anticipate this experience will contribute 20 hours towards the Teachers Registration Board’s requirement of professional learning for registration, for those needing to demonstrate this.

We are calling for expressions of interest from principals and their colleagues of your school’s involvement by registering through the CESA Registration Centre prior to Wednesday 11^th February, 2015.
